Conditions: Plate pretreatment: plates were washed with methanol (1 min); after evaporation of solvent they were activated in an oven (105 °C, 15 min); plates were cut into 2 x 10 cm pieces TLC Applied volume: 2.5 µL Eluent: acetonitrile – methanol – bidistilled water – 5 mM sodium acetate buffer + acetic acid, pH 5.57 (70:10:10:10, v/v/v/v) Development: horizontal TLC chamber, equilibration time 15 min with eluent vapor, development time 4.5 min PPEC (pressurized planar electrochromatography) Applied volume: 2.5 µL on prewetted plates Eluent: acetonitrile – methanol – bidistilled water – 5 mM sodium acetate buffer + acetic acid, pH 5.57 (70:10:10:10, v/v/v/v) Polarization potential: 1.7 kV Development: PPEC chamber (adapted from horizontal TLC chamber) with a high-voltage power supply (max. 2.5 kV), equilibration time 15 min with eluent vapor, development time 7.5 min
