Conditions: Applying: Wine samples and references are applied by a fine glass capillary (e.g. MN-Cat. No. 814022). Then remove water by a stream of hot air from a hairdryer.
Development: In small development chamber (e.g. MN-Cat. 814021) the TLC sheet is developed by solvent mixture (toluene / acetic acid / n-butyl acetate 2:1:1).
