Conditions: Column conditioning: 1 mL methanol, then 1 mL ammonium hydroxide solution
(w(NH3) = 5 %)
Sample aspiration: slowly force or aspirate 1 mL sample through the column
Washing: 1 mL ammonium hydroxide solution (w(NH3) = 5 %), then 1 mL methanol
Drying: do not dry the column completely!
Elution: 2 x 600 µL hydrochloric acid (w(HCl) = 0.6 %)
Fill up to 10 mL with acetonitrile / 30 mM ammonium chloride, pH 3.0 (80:8, v/v) for HPLC analysis.
