Sample aspiration: 200 µl of enzymatically hydrolysed urine Washing: 3 x 1 ml water (with 2 ml the sample vial is cleaned); then 2 x 1 ml methanol / water (40:60, v/v) Elution: 1 ml methanol, then 1 ml ethyl acetate into a test tube
