Conditions: Column conditioning: 2 mL methanol + 5 % ammonia, then 2 mL methanol and at last 2 mL water
(Do not let run the column dry)
Sample aspiration: 500 mL water sample, spiked with 1 mL standard solution (concentration: 20 µg/L of each compound)
Washing: 2 mL water, then 2 mL acetone / acetonitrile / formic acid, (50:50:1) and at last 2 mL methanol
Elution: 2 mL methanol + 5 % ammonia
Evaporation: Nitrogen stream with slight heating to dryness
Reconstitution: HPLC solvent
