Conditions: Sample aspiration: The prepared sample is applied into the column and percolate on the adsorbent for 4 min. Residues from the beaker are dissolved by 10 ml water and also applied into the column.
Elution: Analytes are eluted with 2 x 80 ml dichloromethane in a conic 300 ml vial.
Evaporation of the eluate to 2-3 ml volume with an evaporator (T=30 °C); Not to dryness! The evaporated residue is transfered into a graduated 4 ml tube and evaporate to 1 ml with an nitrogene stream.
