Sample aspiration: prepared sample is passed through the column Washing: 20 mL water Drying: nitrogen (approx. 1.3 h, 0.3 bar) Elution: 50 mL methanol with 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate and 2.5 mmol/L acetic acid Evaporation: to approx. 1 mL (evaporator); then with nitrogen to 500 µL (if a precipitation is appeared, supernatant is transferred in a further vial)
