1. CHROMABOND® C18ec, 3 ml / 500 mg
Column conditioning:
10 ml methanol and 10 ml acetonitrile
Sample aspiration:
The extract was pipetted onto the cartridge.
Elution:
Benzimidazoles were eluted with 3 ml of acetonitrile and the solution was collected in a conical vial and evaporated with a stream of nitrogen at 40 °C to a volume of 0.2 ml. The extract was pipetted onto a CHROMABOND® Florisil SPE cartridge.
2. CHROMABOND® Florisil, 3 ml / 500 mg
Column conditioning:
10 ml of chloroform-methanol-triethylamin (90:10:1)
Sample aspiration:
The extract was pipetted onto the cartridge.
Elution:
The benzimidazoles were eluted with10 ml of the same mixture (chloroform-methanol-triethylamin (90:10:1)), collected in a conical centrifuge tube and evaporated to dryness with a stream of nitrogen at 40 °C.
