Elution 1: 4 ml methanol (1ml/min)
Drying 2: 30 min, air stream
Washing: 4 ml acidic water (pH 2, adjusted with HCl, 3 ml/min)
Drying 3: 60 min, air stream
Elution 2: 4 ml methanol (1ml/min)
Evaporation to dryness
Solution of eluates in 1 ml water
