Detection: HPLC with RP column (e.g. EC 250/3 NUCLEOSIL® 50-5 C18 ec + guard column). HPLC condition: Mobile phase: o-phosphoric acid (c=0.03 mol/l, pH 2.5) / acetonitrile, (86:14, v/v) Flow rate: 0.6 ml/min
Conditions: Column conditioning: 5 ml methanol, then 5 ml water. (Do not let run the column dry.)

Sample aspiration: Take the filtrated sample and slowly let it pass through the column (appr. 15 min)

Column washing: Wash the column with 10 ml water

Elution: Elute with 4 ml methanol / o-phosphoric acid (c=0.03 mol/l, adjusted with appr. 3.2 ml triethylamin on pH 2.5), (1:1, v/v)

Evaporation: Concentrate the eluate to 500 μl in the vacuum rotation evaporator at 45 °C, 5 mbar, shake it and transfer it into a HPLC vial. Fill up to 1000 μl sample volume.
