Conditions: Conditioning: with 2 ml MeOH, 2 ml bidestilled water and 2 ml pH 9 buffer solution (CertiPur® boric acid buffer).
Washing: The column was rinsed with 2 ml pH 9 buffer solution.
Elution: Two fractions were collected in one vial. The first fraction was collected with 0.7 ml of methanol, the second fraction with 0.7 ml methanol/acetic acid (9:1).
Evaporation: The eluates were evaporated to dryness and were reconstituted in 100 μl of the HPLC mobile phase (water/acetonitrile 98:2, 5 mM ammonium acetate) and put into the ultrasonic bath for 5 min in order to improve dissolution.
