Sample application: The two buffer fractions were passed trough the column.

Column washing: with 3 ml of water, followed by 3 ml of 0,6 M NaHCO3 and 3 ml of distilled water

Elution: The columns were dried and eluted with 2 ml of acetone - dichloromethane (3:1, v/v).

Evaporation: The eluant was evaporated to dryness under a stream of nitrogen at 40°C and reconstituted in 50μl of ethyl acetate.
