Conditions: Column conditioning:
2 ml methanol, then 2 ml sodium phosphate buffer (0.125 mol, pH 3.0)

Sample application:
Slowly force or aspirate the solution from the sample pretreatment through the column

Column washing:
2 x 3 ml of a methanol - water (5:95, v/v); dry column under vacuum for 20 min.

Elution:
Coloured products are eluted with 800 μl methanol; extracts are concentrated in a stream of nitrogen
