Conditions: Column conditioning:
6 ml methanol, then 3 ml water
Sample application:
Slowly force or aspirate sample through the column (~ 1 – 2 ml/min)
Column washing:
3 ml dist. water, then 3 ml 0.25 N acetic acid and finally 3 ml dist. water;
then dry column 10 min in a stream of air and centrifuge 15 min at 4000 rpm to
remove all liquid from the column
Elution:
3 x 500 μl acetone/dichloromethane (3:1, v/v)
