Conditions: Column conditioning: with 2 x 1 ml of MeOH followed by 2 x 1 ml of 0,5 % AcOH
Sample application: A 160-μl volume of the resulting solution was loaded on the cartridge in duplicate and drawn trough completely under light vacuum.
Column washing: The cartridges was allowed to stand for 1 min and were subsequently washed with 750 μl of 0,5 % AcOH. The cartridges were dried under vaccum for 5 min.
Elution: Temozolomide was desorbed with 1,25 ml of MeOH.
Evaporation: The eluted solutions were evaporated under a stream of nitrogen at room temperature and reconstituted in 200 μl of 0,5% AcOH.
