Slowly force or aspirate 10 ml apple juice through the column
Column washing:
2 ml dist. water, then 2 ml acetonitrile/dist. water (1:3, v/v)
Elution:
4 ml acetonitrile/acetic acid (99:1, v/v)
Evaporate the eluate and redissolve in 1.5 ml ethyl acetate (ultrasonic
treatment)
Step 2:
Column conditioning:
6 ml methylene chloride
Sample application:
Force or aspirate the redissolved eluate from step 1 through the column
Column washing:
2 ml acetone, then 2 ml acetonitrile
Elution:
4 ml acetonitrile/formic acid (99:1, v/v)
