1 column volume methanol, 1 column volume 25 % aqueous ammonia solution, then 1
column volume dist. water
Between individual conditioning steps dry the column under vacuum. Finally
condition the column with 1 column volume 0.2 N hydrochloric acid; now the
column must not run dry.

Sample application:
Slowly force or aspirate 1 ml sample through the column

Column washing:
2 x 1 ml methanol; dry column under vacuum for about 30 sec; then wash with 2 x
2 ml 0.05 M KH2PO4 (pH 2.4)

Elution:
2 x 2 ml 0.2 M K2HPO4 pH 8.8
